When will my package ship?

All packages ship within 24 hrs, usually it is the same day you place your order. Items ordered after 5pm EST on Fridays will ship on the following Monday.

How is my order shipped?

All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the U.S. postal service If you need an item shipped overnight contact us for pricing.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged for the product and shipping at the same time your order is placed on the website.

Is my credit card safe?

Will I be charged sales tax?

Red Hat Mart is based in Florida. Within Florida we are required to charge the sales tax rate for the county in which you live. All other states are exempt from tax being added to your purchase. Except when orders are shipped to shipped to Florida.

Discontinued Items:

We work hard at removing items from our website that are no longer in stock. If an item is no longer available we will try to inform you by email or telephone. You will have the choice of choosing another item or a refund for that item from your order.. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, your order will be shipped with a note letting you know that we no longer have that item in stock.

At Red Hat Mart we stand behind our merchandise 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange it or receive a refund within

7 days of your purchase. All items must be returned in their original package.

How do I return a product?

Returns must be received within 7 business days of receiving your RMA

Refunds and Shipping Cost

If the item you are returning is due to our error we will pay for the shipping cost. For all other returns, shipping is not refunded. Your refund will be given when the item is returned and will be charged back on the same credit card that you made your purchase with. Credits sometimes take 1-2 billing cycles before they appear back on your statement.
